What is the Estimated Completion Date?

We have an estimated completion date of late summer/fall 2021. Due to the current building environment completion dates are an estimate and can change.

Do you have a floor plan I can view?

Yes! You can view the floor plan right here.

Do you have photos?

The project is still under construction so for right now we have renderings that you can view right here. As the project progresses we will have more photos available.

How many units will there be?

There will be 20 units.

What will the pricing be?

We cant share pricing until the construction is substantially complete. Fill out the contact form to be notified as soon as we know what the pricing will be.

When can I walkthrough one of these units?

We will be emailing everyone on the wait list when the first unit is safe to walkthrough. Keep an eye on your email as we will be offering all wait list individuals the first opportunity to schedule a walk through!

Can I choose the colors or finishes?

No, custom finishes are not offered on these townhomes.

Can I get a bulk discount?

These townhomes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis so we will not be pre-selling any units.
